Pandia: How did our product stand out from other options?
Krones: Initially, we documented incidents classically: using tripods, phones in slow-motion mode with charging cables attached. After just 40 minutes, the memory was full, videos had to be deleted manually. This required constant on-site presence and additional personnel – which in turn caused significant additional costs.
Pandia: Which product feature was decisive for the decision to collaborate?
Krones: The mobility of the cameras, the simple operation, and the monitoring mode convinced us.
Pandia: What do you appreciate most about working with Pandia?
Krones: Definitely the excellent support and direct contact with Mauro. For questions or problems, we always receive competent help immediately!
Pandia: What convinced you during the product demonstration?
Krones: The intuitive handling made getting started very easy for us. The monitoring mode allows us to detect the smallest details even at high system speeds – an enormous advantage, especially for new developments and prototypes.
Pandia: Can you give a concrete application example?
Krones: A customer from Great Britain was initially very skeptical because it was a complex error. Thanks to the video recordings, we were able to clearly prove the error. The customer only agreed to the necessary adjustments after viewing the recordings – which ultimately led to significant time savings.
