Pandia: Could you briefly explain what you do at Rychiger?

Rychiger: Rychiger AG, based in Switzerland, is one of the world's leading providers of customized solutions for packaging machines in the food, pet food, coffee & tea, and healthcare industries. Several dozen coffee capsules are produced on our machines every second.

Pandia: How exactly do you use our product?

Rychiger: The Pandia tool is mainly needed during machine assembly. On one hand, to check whether the processing of our products is error-free. Another application of the tool is to find the cause of errors. This troubleshooting takes place both in-house and on-site with customers.

Pandia: What convinced you about the product?

Rychiger: Several factors. One point is certainly that the product is easy to set up and easier to operate than a conventional high-speed camera. The camera has four lenses and we are also able to let the system run during testing and rewind retrospectively to find the error.

Pandia: How did our product stand out from other options?

Rychiger: We have a conventional high-speed camera that is also used regularly. However, it is very complex to operate and very delicate. Pandia is the product that, before you know it, you didn't even know you needed.

Pandia: What was the decisive product feature?

Rychiger: Definitely being able to analyze the same situation from different angles. Normally you only have one perspective. An application example would be when we have problems with an air valve – today we can measure and analyze precisely with different cameras simultaneously. This saves us enormous time.

Pandia: What do you like best about working with Pandia?

Rychiger: We like the start-up character, the short communication paths, and Mauro is incredibly open to feedback and further developing the product. It's always a discussion at eye level. Suggestions from us were also adopted, which we really appreciate.
